Before you pay

When will my account be ready?

As soon as Razorpay confirms the payment, usually within seconds. You will see a confirmation page and can sign in straight away with the email and password you chose.

What if the payment fails or I close the window?

No plan is activated without a confirmed payment. If money was deducted but the order shows as not paid, do not pay again: the payment is either confirmed automatically within a few minutes or refunded by your bank. Contact support with your payment ID if you need help.

Is GST included?

The total shown in the order summary includes 18% GST. This is the exact amount you will be asked to pay.

How long is my plan valid?

Monthly plans run for 30 days, yearly plans for 365 days and 3-year plans for 1,095 days from the day the payment is confirmed.
